Signature varieties & trade names created by Dr Martin: 

1) Blue Sapphire – Crossed and selective bred between Hong Kong variant of Blue Diamond & Malaysia variant of Blue Diamond for many generations. 

This improved variety has more intense and shinning blue scale with a dark red eye. 

2) Blood Eagle – Crossed and selective bred between Pigeon Checkerboard &
Golden Checkerboard for many generations.

This variety maintained a unique pearl looked checkerboard pattern even when they are adult without much of the black “peppering”.

3) White Angel – Crossed and selective bred between Blue Sapphire, Golden & Pigeon Blood for many generations.

This variety has a solid lighter blue color without black “peppering” and a set of red eye.

4) Summer Red – Crossed and selective bred between Ghost, Rose Red & pigeon Blood for many generations.

This unique variant of Ghost has a maroon red color on the ‘D’ area.

5) Winter Lotus – Crossed & selective bred between Nebula & Snow White for many generations. 

This white base variety has a very unique red patches on the ‘D’ area.

6) Yellow Lemon – Crossed & selective bred between Red Melon, Golden and wild green discus for many generations.

This stripe less orange base variety inherited the yellow color from the wild green ancestor and the bright color from the pigeon ancestor.

7) Fire Ruby – Crossed & selective bred between Pigeon Blood, Rose Red & Golden for many generations.

This variety has a bright chili red without much of the black ‘Peppering’.

8) Bamboo Cobra – Crossed & selective bred between Tiger Turquoise and Snake skin for many generations.

This variety has very unique vertical fine stripes pattern.
